Key activities

Customer

External and Internal

• Ensure timely tracking and tracing of all shipments.
• Ensure correct and accurate entry of Transport shipment milestones in TMS, OTM, etc.
• Ensure accurate entry of Order & Trip in the system
• Customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery
• Maintain rapport and coordination with transporters and carriers in the US region.

Stakeholder

External and Internal

• Ownership of the entered data, ensuring smooth operations without any backlog unless DHL non controllable
• Responsible for timely & correct entry of Data in systems as per trackers provided by the DSC USA Managed Transport operations team.
• Should be willing to work extra time during peak loads & Month end closing
• Responsible for complying with all organizational policies and security procedures
• Ensure understanding of Business rules and compliance to same.
• Should be cross trained in other functions to act as a backup whenever required.
• Adhere and follow PTQ First Choice practice guidelines.
• Responsible for timely & correct entry of data as assigned by Team Lead.
• Nil Instances of Unplanned Leaves expected.
• Meeting the KPIs set.
• Prepare and publish daily / weekly reports.
• Proactively identify and highlight problems to the management.
• Achieve the productivity targets set by the Team lead based on the tenure in the system.

Process

• Follow and adhere to SOP, exception process and set guidelines
• Primary focus on the effective operation by ensuring accurate & timely Transaction

Entry in system to meet Lead Time for reporting

• Should be able to schedule time effectively and should be quick & accurate to respond

timely to the queries raised by using efficient work methods and tools

People – Management

• Incumbent has no direct report and authority. Nevertheless he/she must be a team player and should be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions /actions

Skills / Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills – both written and spoken.
• Excellent typing Skills, 25w/m with 95% accuracy.
• The candidate should possess Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) especially

basic knowledge of Excel – Vlookup, Pivot etc.

• Understanding on Transport Operations
• Willingness to work in night shifts (US shift), able to handle work pressure
• Work cooperatively as a team member with others to achieve target and objectives.
• Acts responsibly. Can be counted on to keep commitments. Complies with the intent of

policies, procedures and agreements. Builds others’ trust in own professionalism,
