Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Transport Manager based in Hyderabad. The Transport Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily transportation operations, managing fleet logistics, and ensuring efficient and timely services. Key responsibilities also include supervising teams, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The role involves monitoring compliance with safety and operational guidelines while implementing strategies to optimize transportation performance.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Operations Management and Transportation Management
• Experience in Fleet Management, including vehicle operations and maintenance
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
• Knowledge of compliance and safety regulations related to transportation
• Proficiency with logistics and fleet management software is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• Previous experience in a transport management role within a large-scale organization is preferred
