Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Transportation Specialist, based in Pune Division. The Transportation Specialist will be responsible for planning, organizing, and optimizing transportation operations to ensure timely delivery of goods. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating logistics activities, managing transportation schedules, handling transportation documentation, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Transportation Planning and Transportation Management skills to develop efficient logistics strategies and manage transport operations.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Analytical Skills for problem-solving, route optimization, and improving overall transportation and logistics efficiency.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and logistics software is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to dynamic logistics challenges.
