Job Description

Amani Travel & Tourism is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Travel Consultants to promote and sell domestic and international tour packages. This is a remote opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and helping them plan memorable travel experiences.

A structured virtual induction and training program will be provided to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages.
• Understand customer travel preferences and recommend suitable packages.
• Handle customer inquiries related to holiday packages and travel services.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve sales targets through effective communication and customer engagement.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Experience in travel package sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Basic computer and internet proficiency.
• Access to a laptop and stable internet connection is an advantage.
