🎯 Key Responsibilities

Plan, establish, and manage field trials for different seed varieties

Conduct plot layout, sowing, crop management, and trial supervision

Monitor crop performance and record agronomic observations

Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate trial data and records

Coordinate with breeders, agronomists, and sales teams

Support demonstration plots, field days, and farmer meetings

Prepare trial reports and ensure compliance with company protocols

Liaise with growers and local partners for successful trial execution

B.Sc. Agriculture

Diploma in Agriculture
