Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Two-Wheeler Collection Manager based in Kottayam. The role involves managing and overseeing loan recovery activities for the two-wheeler finance portfolio. Key responsibilities include monitoring repayment schedules, implementing effective collection strategies, coordinating with customers to resolve overdue accounts, generating regular collection reports, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines. The Collection Manager will also work closely with teams across the organization to maintain seamless operations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Collections Management and Recovery Processes within the financial services or loan sector.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and the ability to effectively liaise with customers for resolution of overdue accounts.
• Analytical skills for creating, tracking, and analyzing collection reports, with attention to problem-solving.
• Knowledge of compliance guidelines and regulatory frameworks related to collection activities.
• Leadership and team management experience with the ability to drive collaborative efforts and achieve targets.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Prior experience in the lending/finance industry, particularly in two-wheeler loan collections, is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
