Job Summary

We are seeking a UI Designer in the Generative AI team to join our growing team of design innovators. You will work onsite at our Noida office, creating visually stunning, seamless experiences using the latest in AI-driven design. This role demands not only mastery of traditional UI/UX principles, but also a willingness to harness AI for faster iteration, smarter automation, and superior product quality. You’ll work closely with users, engineers, and fellow designers to shape the future of digital experience.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

• Lead the creation of high-fidelity user interfaces using advanced AI tools such as Figma AI and Uizard, and relevant plugins or extensions.
• Translate concepts, requirements, and user feedback into visually compelling designs optimized by AI-driven features like prompt-to-app, automated layouts, and smart content.
• Collaborate deeply with product and engineering teams.
• Contribute to ideation and rapid prototyping using generative design tools and LLM-based (large language model) prompt engineering for accelerated mockups and iterations.
• Utilize analytics and usability testing tools such as Maze and VisualEyes (Neurons) to quantify UI designs and inform design improvements.
• Participate in design reviews and collaborative critiques, leveraging AI insights for data-driven decision-making.
• Stay current on emerging trends in AI-driven design and proactively integrate new tools that enhance efficiency, quality, and creativity.

Qualification/Experience

• Bring a forward-thinking, solutions-oriented mindset and passion for cutting-edge digital experience.
• Have 3+ years of experience in UI design with a demonstrated portfolio featuring AI-enhanced projects.
• Possess deep proficiency in design tools such as Figma and its AI features (Figma AI, Make, Draw, Buzz, Grid). Other hands-on experience with other top AI design tools such as Uizard is a plus.
• Understand core principles of responsive, accessible, and inclusive design for modern digital products.
• Communicate design rationales clearly and are comfortable leading both independent and collaborative projects.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or have the equivalent in relevant work experience.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and are eager to embrace new design technologies.
