What you’ll work on:
- Design interfaces in Figma and build them in React – end to end, no handoff
- Own the look and feel of product surfaces that candidates and hiring managers actually use
What we’re looking for
- Strong Figma skills – you have taste, not just tooling knowledge
- React experience – you can implement what you design without losing fidelity
- Uses AI tools in your workflow, whether for design, code, or both
- Care about the details – spacing, hierarchy, interaction – not just making things look okay
- Bonus: a portfolio that shows both design and shipped code
The role
We’re moving fast. High agency is the default here, own what you build, and see it ship. This is a paid role. If you want structured deliverables and defined sprints, this isn’t it. If you want to do real work early, it is.
