We are hiring for the below roles with multiple companies based out in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai

Job Title: Accounts Executive (Fresher / Junior / Senior Accountant cum Admin & MIS)

Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane

Shift: Day Shift

Shift Time-10am to 7pm

Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday Fixed Off)

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are hiring Accounts professionals at multiple levels including Fresher, Junior Accountant, and Senior Accountant cum Admin & MIS. The role involves handling daily accounting tasks, financial records, reporting, and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

For Fresher / Junior Accountant:

• Maintain daily accounting entries and records
• Assist in accounts payable & receivable
• Handle invoices, billing, and basic reconciliations
• Support GST, TDS, and basic compliance work
• Data entry in accounting software (Tally/Excel)
• Assist senior team in financial documentation

For Senior Accountant cum Admin & MIS:

• Manage complete accounting operations and finalization
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Handle GST, TDS, returns, and statutory compliance
• MIS reporting and data analysis for management
• Bank reconciliation and cash flow management
• Oversee administrative tasks and office coordination
• Team handling and cross-functional coordination

Requirements:

• Fresher: B.Com / Commerce Graduate (0–1 year experience)
• Junior Accountant: 1–3 years of experience in accounting
• Senior Accountant: 3–6+ years of experience with MIS & Admin exposure
• Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and compliance
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking (for senior role)
