Designation- Executive/ Sr Executive – Onboarding

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Onboarding Executive to manage end-to-end onboarding

operations, employee documentation, compliance coordination, and onboarding experience for new hires.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding activities for lateral and bulk hiring.

• Coordinate joining formalities and candidate communication.

• Verify employee documents and background verification reports.

• Generate offer letters and onboarding documentation.

• Coordinate with HR, IT, Payroll, and Admin teams.

• Maintain onboarding trackers and employee records.

• Handle employee onboarding queries and support induction process.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and onboarding SLA timelines.

Technical Skills

• Experience with HRMS tools like Darwinbox, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Strong understanding of onboarding workflow and BGV process.

• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting, and Data Validation.

• Knowledge of payroll inputs and employee lifecycle management.

Educational Qualification

Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Candidate

• Prior experience in corporate onboarding or HR operations preferred.

• Experience in BFSI, staffing, or consulting industry is an advantage.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
