Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Associateto support our US finance operations. This role will be responsible for billing, collections, payroll–related entries, and assisting with balance sheet cleanup in QuickBooks. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on experience with QuickBooks, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage customerinvoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Monitor accountsreceivable and followup on outstanding payments
• Handle collections through emails and calls with clients
• Record and reconcile payroll-related journal entries
• Assist in balance sheet cleanup, includingreviewing and reconciling accounts
• Maintain accurate financial recordsin QuickBooks
• Support month-endand year-end closingprocesses
• Identify discrepancies and work towardsresolution
• Collaborate with the US-basedfinance team to ensure accuracyand compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degreein accounting, Finance,or related field
• 2–5 years of relevantaccounting experience
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks(Online preferred)
• Strong understanding of AR, payroll accounting, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with US-basedcompanies
• Familiarity with accounting clean-up projects
• Ability to managemultiple tasks and meet deadlines
