Job Overview

We are looking for a US Accounting & Taxation professional with hands-on experience in US accounting, taxation, and withholding tax compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and tax regulations applicable to US entities.

Experience with Meta Ads billing, ad revenue reconciliation, and digital content monetization will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day US accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with US taxation and withholding tax regulations.
• Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closing activities.
• Prepare and maintain tax-related reports, documentation, and supporting schedules.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger activities.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze financial data and support management with accurate reporting and insights.
• Maintain compliance and ensure accuracy in financial records.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in US Accounting and Taxation.
• Strong knowledge of US tax regulations and withholding tax requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Meta Ads billing and advertising-related accounting.
• Understanding of digital content monetization and revenue tracking.
• Exposure to digital media, advertising, or creator economy businesses.
