Job Title: US Accounts Executive & US payroll/Bookkeeping

Work Timings: 9:30 PM – 5:30 AM (IST) (US Shift)
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting end-to-end US accounting operations
- Handle advanced US bookkeeping including GL maintenance, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting
- Process and manage US payroll (W2, 1099, C2C preferred exposure)
- Prepare and manage US invoicing and revenue tracking
- Perform bank & credit card reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with US accounting practices and internal controls
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Work extensively on accounting, payroll, invoicing, and reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams and US clients for billing/payroll queries
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in US Accounting
- Advanced knowledge of US Bookkeeping practices
- Strong experience in US Payroll processing
- Strong experience in US Invoicing & Billing
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work in US night shifts
Required Background
- Experience in the US Staffing/IT Consulting industry accounting is required
- Exposure to QuickBooks or similar US accounting software will be an advantage
- Strong understanding of revenue cycles in the staffing or professional services industry
