Full job description

Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Utilize job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and internal ATS systems. Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Understand and work with various tax terms such as W2, 1099, and C2C
• Manage and update candidate records in ATS and ensure all documentation is accurate.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding process and post-placement follow-ups.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment goals and client SLAs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
