⏰ Work Hours: Full-time | US Pacific Time (PST)

🔑 Key Responsibilities

· Full-cycle IT recruitment

· Source and screen top-notch technical talent

· Collaborate closely with hiring managers

· Build and maintain strong candidate relationships

· Experience using ATS like JobDiva and Ceipal

🛠️ Must-Have Qualifications

· 1–2 years of experience in US IT staffing

· Good knowledge of IT technologies

· Excellent communication and people skills

· Willingness to work PST/CST time zones
