MSI Services Pvt. Ltd. is currently hiring suitable candidates for the role – “Associate – US Payroll” within our business operations in Bangalore, India. There are several openings in the Sales, Purchase, Imports and Accounting Department.

Summary: The team is Responsible for processing temporary and hourly payroll, auditing and paying benefits invoices, maintaining ADP and HR portals, ensuring service level standards in Excel, conducting regular audits, and supporting additional HR operations as needed.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Experience in Processing and maintaining temp and hourly payroll.
2. Hands-on in Auditing and paying benefits invoices.
3. To meet or exceed desired service levels in MS Excel
4. Maintenance in ADP portal & HR portal of team MSI.
5. Conducting periodic audits.
6. Perform additional duties as required or requested.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelors/ master’s degree with minimum of 3+ years of experience in accounting & ADP; Payroll.
2. Good in MS office, with hands-on experience in Excel.
3. The Candidate should have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and ability to learn more and be flexible.
4. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal communication (verbal &; written).
5. Strong attention to detail and good follow up skills.
6. Ability to work effectively & ensure Confidentiality.
7. Having an active US Visa and working with Dayforce is a plus.
