Job Description:

• The Recruiter is mainly responsible for sourcing and recruiting technical professionals for consulting opportunities for our clients.
• Review and analyses active client requirements to source and identify candidates for open positions.
• Utilizes multiple internet resources, including social networking techniques to source candidates.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates’ “fit and technical competence”.
• Present career opportunities to qualified applicants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contract employees and vendors.
• Participate in daily huddles where you will collaborate with management, peers, and Account Managers to ensure all active requirements are covered and potential closes are managed successfully.
• Sourcing from Job Portals like Dice, Career builder, Monster & LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Responsible to work on Contracts, Permanent positions. Well-versed in US Terms like W2.
• Experienced in working with W2 tax terms mandate.
• Extensive experience in handling a complete US recruitment life cycle.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process across various IT/Non-IT Technologies.
• Experience in working with direct clients.
• Excellent communication skill must.
