US Technical Recruiter/ Opt Hire Full Time

Job Responsibilities – Full-Time Hiring (IT Recruiter)

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for full-time IT positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and long-term hiring needs
• Create and post detailed job descriptions for IT roles (developers, QA, DevOps, cloud, etc.)
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, GitHub, and tech communities
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews focusing on technical skills, project experience, and cultural fit
• Evaluate candidates for long-term stability and alignment with company goals
• Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring teams

IT / Software Knowledge Requirements

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, React, Angular, Node.js)
• Understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL like MongoDB)
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines)
• Ability to understand technical job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
