Role Description

The Used Vehicle Loan Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of loan disbursements for used vehicles. Day-to-day tasks include client acquisition, evaluating borrower eligibility, completing documentation, and liaising with internal operations teams to process loans. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining strong relationships with clients and dealers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Charu Market.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of loan processing, financial products, and the used vehicle market
• Proven skills in client acquisition, customer engagement, and delivering excellent customer services
• Proficiency in financial documentation, credit evaluation, and regulatory compliance
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships
• Goal-oriented mindset, sales acumen, and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with relevant loan processing software
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field preferred
• Past experience in vehicle loans, financial sales, or related roles is highly desirable
