You’ll lead the charge in building dynamic, customizable, and globally ready interfaces that empower some of the world’s most security-conscious enterprises.

What You’ll Own

• Lead the architecture, design, and evolution of our React/TypeScript UI stack
• Build reusable component libraries with design tokens and theming
• Optimize performance (bundle sizes, lazy loading, caching, runtime UX)
• Implement support for i18n, multi-tenancy, and runtime UI customization
• Work API-first with strong separation of concerns and contract-based development
• Secure the frontend: token storage, XSS prevention, session handling
• Define standards and CI/CD pipelines for testing, linting, and deployments
• Collaborate with design via Figma and support design-to-code workflows
• Drive innovation in UI generation (low-code, NL-to-code)
• Work directly with customers to gather feedback and iterate
• Lead and mentor the UI team; influence hiring and technical direction

What You Bring

• 12+ years in frontend engineering, including at least one ground-up SaaS build
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with React (mandatory)
• Minimum 2+ years in a UI Architect / Frontend Architect role (or equivalent responsibilities)
• Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and scalable UI architecture
• Experience building enterprise platforms with global user bases
• Strong design collaboration and UI performance optimization skills
• Proven ability to lead teams, mentor engineers, and drive technical vision

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with low-code or config-driven UI platforms
• Familiarity with NL-to-code workflows or AI-assisted development
• Contributions to open-source UI libraries or design systems
