Role Description

BNR Infrastructure Projects Ltd. is seeking a Vice President of Digital Transformation for a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore. The Vice President will be responsible for leading digital transformation initiatives, developing strategic roadmaps, driving business transformation, and overseeing the implementation of advanced technologies. The role also includes managing cross-functional projects, providing consultancy and guidance on best practices, and leveraging analytical insights to optimize business processes and operational efficiency. Collaboration with stakeholders to align technological advancements with business goals will be a key element of this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Digital Transformation and Business Transformation
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions
• Proven experience in Consulting and leadership-level decision-making
• Proficiency in Project Management and overseeing end-to-end project lifecycles
• Excellent communication, strategic planning, and team leadership skills
• Experience with digital technologies and a track record of successful technology implementations
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA is preferred
• Prior experience in infrastructure, construction, or comparable industries is advantageous
• Hands on experience with tool a plus
• Should be capable of building team and giving time bound deliverable of implementations of Tools, ERP, processes etc.
