Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for the Vice President of Operations at Property Investment Deals. The VP of Operations will oversee the company’s daily operations, including managing budgets, developing and implementing strategic plans, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role will also require leading project management initiatives, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with the company’s objectives.

• Proven expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management to oversee financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Strong skills in Strategic Planning and Project Management to align operations with organizational goals and manage complex initiatives.
• Experience in Customer Service management to maintain client satisfaction and foster strong investor relationships.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to guide teams and drive results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the property investment or real estate industry is a plus.
