The Role 

We are looking for a creative and detail-driven Video & Digital Media Specialist who can conceptualize, create, and edit engaging video content that aligns with our brand voice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about visual storytelling, comfortable working across multiple formats, and capable of transforming ideas into impactful video experiences. 

What You’ll Be Doing? 

• End-to-End Video Production:Own the complete video lifecycle—from concept, scripting, and storyboarding to shooting, editing, and final delivery 
• AI-Powered Video Workflows: Leverage AI tools for video authoring, editing, captioning, upscaling, background cleanup, and workflow optimization 
• Digital Video Content: Create high-impact videos for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, employer branding, and internal communications 
• Pre-Production Planning: Develop scripts, shot lists, storyboards, and production plans aligned with business and campaign goals 
• Shooting & Directio: Handle camera operation, lighting, framing, and audio recording for studio, on-location, and hybrid shoots 
• Post-Production Editing: Edit and polish videos including cuts, color correction, sound design, subtitles, and final mastering 
• Motion Graphics & Effects: Design or integrate motion graphics, lower-thirds, transitions, and basic animations 
• Streaming Platforms: Upload, manage, and optimize video content on YouTube and Vimeo, including thumbnails, metadata, and playback settings.
• Webcasting & Webinars: Plan and produce live and recorded webinars, virtual events, and webcasts, ensuring smooth audio-visual delivery 
• Studio Production: Manage in-house studio shoots, including lighting setups, green screens, and controlled environments 
• Podcast Production: Record, edit, and package audio and video podcasts, including multi-camera setups and post-production 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• Proven experience as a Video Production Specialist / Digital Video Producer 
• Strong hands-on experience with AI-assisted video creation and editing tools 
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro 
• Experience managing content on YouTube and Vimeo, including uploads and optimization 
• Hands-on exposure to webcasting, webinars, and live or recorded virtual events 
• Experience with studio-based shoots, podcasts, and multi-camera setups 
• Solid understanding of lighting, sound, framing, and production workflows 
• Ability to create content optimized for digital and social platforms 
• Strong storytelling mindset with attention to detail and quality 
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment 
• A strong showreel/portfolio demonstrating digital video, studio, or webinar work
