What We Do

We’re a science-led gut health brand built on Indian microbiome research — not a generic supplement company. We’re early-stage, intentional, and building something that actually has science behind it.

The Role

This is primarily a UX, social media posts and video editing role. You’ll be editing the company’s short-form videos for Instagram Reels and LinkedIn — health explainers, science myth-busting, expert POV content — and handling the operational side of our digital presence.

The founders record the content. You make it look and feel right, and keep everything running.

What You’ll Do

Video Editing (primary responsibility)

• Edit short-form vertical videos from raw footage — Reels, LinkedIn videos, YouTube Shorts
• Add captions, sound design, transitions, and pacing optimized for health audiences
• You understand how to make a talking-head health expert video stop the scroll
• Deliver 3–5 edited videos per week consistently

Social Media & Scheduling

• Schedule and post across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Manage the content calendar — nothing falls through the cracks
• Basic community engagement — responding to comments, flagging DMs

Digital Marketing and Digital Operations (light)

• Upload and publish written content to the website (simple schedulings — no coding)
• Run simple boosted posts and basic ad sets on Meta
• Make minor website copy or layout updates when flagged
• Post in LinkedIn and Reddit wellness communities on behalf of the brand

You’re the Right Fit If

• You have 1–2 years of video editing experience with a portfolio that includes health, wellness, nutrition, or science-related content
• You’ve edited videos where the subject is a health expert, nutritionist, or doctor speaking to camera
• You’re fast — you can turn around a polished Reel within 24 hours of receiving footage
• You’re proficient in Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• You’re comfortable with Instagram, LinkedIn, and basic Meta Ads Manager
• You’re organized enough to own a content calendar without being chased

You’re not the right fit if:

• Your portfolio is only brand videos, weddings, or corporate reels — we need health content specifically
• You need heavy creative direction on every video — the founder will brief you, but execution is yours
