Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Video Editor (Podcast). The Video Editor will handle all post-production tasks related to podcast video content, including editing raw footage, enhancing audio-visual quality, and ensuring smooth transitions. Responsibilities include syncing audio with video, applying visual effects, adding captions where needed, and maintaining brand consistency. The role will also involve collaborating with the content and marketing teams to meet deadlines and create engaging, high-quality podcast video content.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
- Experience with audio editing and mixing to ensure high-quality podcast production
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to apply visual effects, transitions, and animations as needed
- Strong project management skills to meet deadlines consistently
- Ability to maintain brand guidelines and deliver cohesive visual content
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with marketing and content teams
- Knowledge of podcast and digital media trends is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a relevant field is preferred but not required
