Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Virtual Acquisition Manager. The primary responsibilities include acquiring new customers through virtual channels, managing and strengthening customer relationships, and understanding customer needs to provide suitable banking solutions. The role demands proactive engagement with prospective clients, driving sales of banking products, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and prompt solutions. The Virtual Acquisition Manager will play a key role in achieving organizational goals by contributing to business development through effective digital interactions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales and Business Development for financial products, with an ability to meet targets and develop long-lasting client relationships.
• Strong skills in Customer Engagement, Relationship Management, and Problem Solving, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of Banking Services and Products, including digital banking channels and financial tools.
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills with the ability to engage professionally through virtual mediums.
• Adaptability to learn and leverage digital tools and platforms.
• Prior experience in retail banking, customer acquisition, or a similar role is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
