Virtual Executive Assistant Full Time

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly organised virtual assistant to manage the admin side of an Online Clinical Nutrition Practice. This is a part-time, work-from-home freelance role. You will work independently over WhatsApp, Call, Google Meet & Email.

JOB DETAILS

• Maintain a client tracker — Consult schedule, program start/end dates, payment status
• Create and maintain client detail excels, recipe lists
• Create 2-3 invoices per month and maintain an expense sheet to send the accounts team.
• Track communication on WhatsApp client groups, follow-up coordination
• Manage the social media posting schedule and ensure posts go up on time
• Coordinate with external teams as required

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Extremely organised: manage deadlines
• Extremely fluent in english
• Very comfortable on WhatsApp for professional communication
• Familiar with basic excel / google Sheets for tracking
• Follow basic expense and invoice format
• Prior experience preferred
• Discreet – you’ll handle client data and sensitive health information

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
