Role Description The Virtual Secretary to CEO is a part-time remote role responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Executive Officer. Day-to-day tasks include managing calendars and schedules, arranging virtual meetings, organizing documents, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves preparing correspondence, presentations, and reports, as well as handling email and phone communications on behalf of the CEO. The Virtual Secretary will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, assist with company secretarial work as directed, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
