Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Voice Process Executive located in Velachery. The Voice Process Executive will manage customer queries and issues through inbound and outbound calls. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, effectively resolving customer concerns, and maintaining accurate call records. The role also involves meeting prescribed service metrics, adhering to quality standards, and contributing to overall team success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Familiarity with handling customer service calls, including inbound and outbound processes
• Basic computer literacy, with knowledge of CRM tools or related systems being a plus
• Multi-language skills, including fluency in English and regional languages, will be an added advantage
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment and changing business needs
• Previous experience in BPO or call center environments is preferred
• Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent
