VSNOC-ITES is expanding, and we’re looking for a talented VoIP NOC Engineer to join our growing operations team.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Monitor VoIP networks, SIP trunks, and telecom infrastructure in a 24/7 environment

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network and service incidents efficiently

• Perform SIP trace analysis, call flow troubleshooting, and issue escalation

• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and technical teams to resolve issues

• Support infrastructure monitoring and alert management

🛠️ What We’re Looking For:

• CCNA, Degree, or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in VoIP, NOC, Network Operations, or Technical Support

• Knowledge of SIP, VoIP protocols, networking, Windows/Linux systems, and monitoring tools

• Experience with SIP traces, PCAP analysis, and telecom troubleshooting is an advantage

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and teamwork abilities
