Volunteering Full Time

• Plan and conduct engaging sessions for children.
• Facilitate learning, recreational, or developmental activities.
• Encourage participation and create a positive learning environment.
• Support children’s social, emotional, and educational growth through interactive activities.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere during sessions.
• Monitor attendance and participation of children during activities.
• Communicate session progress and any concerns to the program coordinator.
• Prepare session materials and activities appropriate to the children’s age and learning needs.
• Adapt teaching methods and activities to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and confidence through interactive exercises and discussions.
• Build positive relationships with children to foster trust, engagement, and active participation.
• Provide constructive feedback and recognition to motivate children and support their development.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 – ₹29,846.76 per month
