VP of Sales Full Time

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site VP of Sales role based in Mumbai. The VP of Sales will lead the sales organization, setting strategy, defining targets, and driving revenue growth across key markets and customer segments. Responsibilities include overseeing sales planning and forecasting, managing and mentoring sales leaders, and optimizing sales operations, processes, and tools. The role will involve building and maintaining relationships with strategic accounts, collaborating with operations and finance to align offerings with customer needs, and identifying new business opportunities in cold chain logistics. The VP of Sales will regularly review performance metrics, refine go-to-market approaches, and represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and executive discussions.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving revenue targets.
• Proficiency in Account Management, including building long-term client relationships and expanding strategic accounts.
• Experience in Sales Operations, such as pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and process optimization.
• Demonstrated strength in Business Development, including identifying new markets, developing partnerships, and driving growth initiatives.
• Proven leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, or related industries; cold chain experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive levels.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making, with comfort using CRM and sales analytics tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and travel as needed to meet customers and visit facilities across India.
