Warehouse Manager / Assistant Manager Full Time

To lead the operations team (Warehouse and Distribution)
Manage day to day operations of warehouse and take accountability of delivering inventory as and when required

Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management

Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery time and efficiency

Roster Management Planning of Team

Compile Stock status reports

To ensure that all documentation is filed as per operational and company requirements.

Material Packing & Dispatch as per Invoice

To ensure that all company equipment is handled and driven in a responsible manner

To assess workloads within the allocated team and allocate resources adequately on a day-to-day basis

Resolve any arising problems or complaints

Supervise and coach the team

Education & Skills

Graduate ,Knowledge of MS office

5-7 years of proven working experience as a Warehouse manager/ Operations preferably in a Medical Industry, must have handled a Team

Expertise in warehouse management procedures & process improvement initiatives

Leadership skills and ability to manage staff

Good communication skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
