Key Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing the warehouse, ensuring items are stored efficiently and safely
- Oversee proper packing, labeling, and coordination with shipping providers for timely deliveries
- Prepare and issue invoices for shipped items, addressing any discrepancies
- Monitor stock levels, alert supervisors of low stock, and participate in periodic audits
- Assist in receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents against orders or invoices
- Liaise with departments, suppliers, and customers to address concerns and ensure smooth operations
- Maintain records of shipments, inventory transactions, and billing
- Adhere to and promote warehouse safety guidelines
- Identify and suggest process improvements in the logistics workflow
- Update databases, prepare reports, and assist in other relevant administrative tasks
