Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Operator role located in Dhar. The Warehouse Operator will receive, unload, and verify incoming materials, ensuring accurate documentation and proper storage according to company procedures and pharmaceutical standards. The role involves picking, packing, and dispatching materials and finished goods, while maintaining correct stock levels and supporting inventory cycle counts. The Warehouse Operator will operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (where licensed), and keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with health, safety, and GMP requirements. The position also requires close coordination with production, quality, and logistics teams, timely reporting of discrepancies, and adherence to all standard operating procedures.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in core warehouse operations, including unloading, packing, and general material handling.
• Experience with material handling equipment and, where applicable, safe and certified forklift operation.
• Strong awareness of health & safety practices, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Ability to follow written procedures, maintain accurate records, and use basic computer or handheld systems for inventory.
• Prior experience in a pharmaceutical, FMCG, or manufacturing warehouse environment is an advantage.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in warehousing, logistics, or related fields is beneficial.
• Capacity to perform manual tasks, work in shifts if required, and collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
