Warehousing Associates / Supervisors / Department heads Full Time

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for Warehousing Associates, Supervisors, and Department Heads. Team members will handle daily warehouse operations, including receiving, unloading, sorting, packing, and dispatching goods while ensuring accurate documentation and inventory records. Supervisors and Department Heads will oversee teams, allocate tasks, monitor productivity, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with transport, customer service, and other internal functions. All roles will focus on maintaining cleanliness, optimizing storage space, and following standard operating procedures to achieve timely and accurate order fulfillment. Collaboration, clear communication, and adherence to quality and safety guidelines are essential in this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in core warehouse operations, including Shipping & Receiving and Unloading.
• Hands-on experience with Packing and order preparation to ensure accurate and damage-free dispatch.
• Skill in material-handling equipment operation, such as Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack (valid certifications preferred).
• Ability to follow and enforce safety, quality, and housekeeping standards within a warehouse environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic computer literacy (WMS/ERP experience is an advantage).
• For Supervisors and Department Heads: prior experience leading warehouse teams, planning manpower, and meeting operational KPIs.
• Willingness to work in shifts, handle physical tasks, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Minimum high school diploma; a diploma/degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an added advantage.
