Full job description

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane / Kalyan

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to client support request by telephone, remote support or in person support
  • Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem
  • Travelling to the client’s location or connecting via a remote link
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues LOG call with OEM service center if systems are covered under warranty
  • Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals
  • Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software
  • Troubleshooting networking and connection issues
  • Advising on software or hardware upgrades
  • Providing basic training in computer operation and managements
  • Completing job reports and ordering supplies

Required Qualification:

  • BSC IT/ BCA or Diploma / Degree of Engineering
  • Hands on experience of Desktop / laptop /Network Troubleshooting
  • Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues
  • Ability to travel and work after hours when necessary
  • Good Written and verbal communication skills
