Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and highly communicative Webinar Intern to coordinate, host, and support webinars and online sessions for SPARK+ and SOLO Network.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, hosting online sessions, conducting product demos, and engaging communities through virtual platforms.

The intern will work closely with internal teams, learners, institutions, employers, and community members to ensure smooth and engaging webinar experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct webinars, online sessions, and virtual events for SPARK+ and SOLO Network.
• Host webinars confidently and keep participants engaged throughout the session.
• Conduct product demos and presentations for SOLO Network and related initiatives.
• Coordinate with speakers, learners, institutions, employers, and internal teams before and after webinars.
• Manage webinar schedules, registrations, reminders, participant communication, and follow-ups.
• Support SOLO upskilling initiatives through online engagement activities.
• Collect participant feedback and share insights with the team for improvements.
• Help identify webinar topics, audience communities, and engagement opportunities.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Confidence in hosting webinars, demos, and online meetings.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to engage audiences and explain products clearly.
• Basic understanding of Zoom, Google Meet, LinkedIn, and webinar tools.
