Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Wellness and Health Care Marketing professional at Believers Community. The person in this role will design and implement marketing campaigns that promote wellness programs, health education initiatives, and community offerings. Daily responsibilities include creating content for digital channels, coordinating webinars or virtual events, and collaborating with internal teams to align messaging with health and wellness goals. The role involves engaging prospective and current community members, responding to inquiries, and gathering feedback to refine outreach strategies. The professional will also track campaign performance, report on key metrics, and adjust tactics to improve engagement and impact.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Health & Wellness and basic understanding of Exercise Physiology to accurately represent wellness and health care services.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build trust, educate audiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Customer Service experience to support community members, address questions, and provide a positive, solution-focused experience.
• Experience or strong interest in marketing within wellness, health care, or education, including social media, email campaigns, and community outreach.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, health sciences, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with basic analytics tools (e.g., social media insights, email metrics) to measure and optimize campaign performance.
