Role Description

• Manage end-to-end SEO strategy for client and in-house projects
• Conduct technical SEO audits and identify optimization opportunities
• Perform advanced keyword research based on search intent and competition
• Build SEO roadmaps to improve rankings, traffic, and lead generation
• Optimize on-page SEO including metadata, headings, internal links, and content structure
• Improve website crawlability, indexation, and overall technical health
• Create and optimize SEO-focused landing pages, blogs, and service pages
• Plan content strategies aligned with search trends and business goals
• Perform competitor analysis to identify content and ranking opportunities
• Execute off-page SEO and quality link building strategies
• Manage local SEO including Google Business Profile optimization and citations
• Track keyword performance, organic traffic, and conversion growth
• Prepare monthly SEO reports with insights and actionable recommendations
• Optimize content for featured snippets, AI overviews, and zero-click search
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices
• Review SEO tasks and maintain quality across ongoing projects

Requirements

• 1 to 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO
• Experience with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
• Good understanding of keyword intent, content optimization, and SERP analysis
• Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, indexing, schema, and technical audits
• Experience in local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Good communication and team coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple SEO projects efficiently
