Sanyukt Organisation is inviting enthusiastic students to join us as HR Associate Interns for a 1-month remote, skill-development–focused internship.

This internship is designed for candidates who want structured learning, observation, and hands-on exposure to HR processes, particularly in hiring and recruitment, without direct responsibility for core HR operations.

What you’ll learn & observe:

Recruitment processes (job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling)

Onboarding procedures, documentation, and induction workflows

HR tools, templates, reporting formats, and internal processes

HR research, engagement concepts, and case study summaries

Preparation of presentations, infographics, and weekly learning updates

Who can apply:

Students pursuing Human Resources, Business, or related disciplines

Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills

Comfortable with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Self-driven learners suited for a remote working environment
