Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Windows Administrator Level 2 role based in Mumbai. The candidate will focus on managing and maintaining enterprise-level Windows server environments. Responsibilities include configuring and monitoring systems, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, managing user accounts and access control, performing system updates, and ensuring system security compliance. The role also requires collaboration with IT teams to deploy and optimize system operations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Windows Server Administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers
• Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, and user access management
• Experience in system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting technical issues
• Knowledge of security protocols, system updates, and patch management
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Ability to work on-premises in a collaborative team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Relevant certifications like Microsoft Certified: Windows Server or Azure Administrator are a plus
