Job Description

We are looking for a WLAN Test Engineer with strong hands‑on experience in Wi‑Fi testing, validation, and troubleshooting. The role involves executing functional, performance, and interoperability tests for WLAN products, analyzing results, and collaborating closely with development teams to ensure high‑quality wireless solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Execute testing for WLAN standards (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax), roaming, throughput, and security (WPA2/WPA3).
• Perform protocol analysis using tools like Wireshark, iPerf, IxChariot, AirMagnet/Ekahau.
• Develop and execute detailed test cases, report defects, and support root‑cause analysis.
• Validate Access Points, Controllers, and RF behavior (RSSI, SNR, channel utilization).
• Automate test scenarios using Python/Robot Framework (preferred).

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Wi‑Fi protocols, TCP/IP networking, and RF fundamentals.
• Experience with packet capture, debugging, and wireless performance testing.
• Hands-on working knowledge of WLAN infrastructure components.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Wi‑Fi 6E/6 GHz testing.
• Exposure to wireless test automation frameworks.
• Certifications: CWNA/CWAP, CCNA Wireless (optional).
