Those in Workday human capital at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for Workday human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As part of the Workday Human Capital team you are expected to lead the creation and implementation of impactful Workday HCM solutions. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain elevated standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and technical knowledge.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2 year(s) of experience with Workday Human Capital Management with at least 1 Workday implementation
• A Workday Core HCM certification and at least one additional module such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, or Time
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Ability to help customers resolve functional issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday solutions.
• Should be able to analyse business requirements and translate them into effective & efficient application configuration.
• Knowledge on Custom fields, custom reports, matrix reports, calculated fields
• Knowledge of Workday Security.
• Knowledge of various data sources available and how to use them
• Knowledge in creating and troubleshooting EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
