Must Have

• Configure, enhance, and support Workday Talent, Performance, Succession, and Learning modules
• Work closely with HR leaders to understand talent strategies and translate them into Workday solutions
• Manage Talent Reviews, Goal Management, Career Development, and Competency frameworks
• Drive end-to-end configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation
• Support Workday releases, regression testing, and feature adoption
• Develop talent-related dashboards, scorecards, and advanced reports
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution
• Ensure process alignment with HR policies and organizational standards

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in Workday Talent Management or related Workday modules
• Strong hands-on expertise in Talent, Performance, Succession, or Learning
• Experience in configuration, business process setup, and tenant management
• Strong understanding of HR Talent processes and frameworks
• Good communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Workday Certifications preferred (Talent, Performance, Learning, HCM)
