Workday Time Tracking Consultant Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Workday Time Tracking Consultant with strong expertise in time management, absence management, and workforce scheduling within Workday. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuration, integrations, and support of Workday Time Tracking solutions.

Exp Range: 6-10 years

Location : PAN INDIA

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules

Design and manage:

• Time Entry Templates
• Work Schedules
• Time Calculations
• Leave and Absence Plans

Configure:

• Eligibility rules
• Accruals
• Time Off plans
• Business Process Framework (BPF)

Integrate Time Tracking with:

• Payroll systems
• Third-party time devices / vendor applications
• Develop and support:
• Inbound and outbound integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio)
• Ensure compliance with organizational and statutory time policies
• Troubleshoot issues related to time tracking, payroll impact, and integrations
• Conduct testing (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT support)
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of IT experience with 3–5 years in Workday Time Tracking

Strong hands-on experience in:

• Workday Time Tracking & Absence Management configuration
• Time calculations and accruals
• Knowledge of:
• Business Process Framework (BPF)
• Workday security (roles, domain security policies)

Experience with:

• Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio)
• Payroll integration concepts
• Strong understanding of:
• Workforce management and time compliance
• HR policies and time regulations
