Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhanbad for a Working Capital Relationship Manager at Axis Bank.
Responsibilities include managing and developing a portfolio of clients with working capital requirements, conducting financial analysis, and structuring tailored financial solutions. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, drive product cross-selling, monitor performance metrics, ensure compliance with regulatory and banking norms, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exemplary service quality. Success in this role requires proactive identification of potential business opportunities and providing seamless client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of working capital products, financial analysis, and credit appraisal processes
- Proficiency in client relationship management and business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of banking operations, regulatory norms, and compliance requirements
- Ability to analyze market trends and craft tailored financial solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA or equivalent qualification preferred)
- Prior experience in corporate or business banking roles is an advantage
