Workshop Manager Full Time

Job Description:

• Manage and supervise daily workshop operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Monitor service quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and workshop profitability.
• Lead and motivate service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff.
• Ensure compliance with Hyundai service standards, processes, and safety guidelines.
• Control workshop manpower, tools, equipment, and service turnaround time.
• Handle customer concerns and implement corrective actions to improve service performance.

Requirements:

• Diploma/B.Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–10 years of experience in automobile service operations, preferably in Hyundai dealerships.
• Strong leadership, technical, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Hyundai service processes, warranty procedures, and workshop management systems.
