Yard Clerk Full Time

Role Overview

The remote Freight Traffic Coordinator role is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient flow of traffic in the container yard, in order facilitate fulfilment of Service Level Agreements and an optimized Customer Experience.

Key Accountabilities

Gate Operations Monitoring

• Remotely oversee inbound and outbound gate activity through live camera feeds and automated systems.
• Verify vehicle, container, and driver details for each transaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during gate operations.
• Provide remote guidance to drivers, such as directing them to designated drop-off or pick up locations within the yard.
• Open and close gates

Documentation Data Entry

• Accurately input container and trailer information into the facility’s gate management system.
• Maintain updated records of gate transactions, including times, dates, and other essential details.

Communication Reporting

• Act as the primary point of contact between remote operations and on-site personnel.
• Collaborate with drivers, dispatchers, and facility staff to resolve any discrepancies or

issues promptly.

• Generate daily reports summarizing gate activity and highlight any irregularities.
• Report equipment malfunctions or operational concerns to the appropriate on-site teams.

• Identify and report unauthorized access attempts or security incidents.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
