Youtube Influencer (Remote) Full Time

Industry: Digital Media & Creator Economy — Social Video Entertainment and Brand Partnerships. We produce and scale long-form and short-form YouTube content to build engaged audiences, drive monetization, and support integrated marketing campaigns. This is a fully remote role based in India focused on audience growth, content quality, and commercial collaborations.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, script, film, edit, and publish high-quality YouTube videos on a consistent content calendar, optimising titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, and thumbnails for discovery.
• Own channel growth: run audience research, keyword and trend analysis, A/B thumbnail tests, and iterate content to increase watch time, retention, and subscriber acquisition.
• Edit and produce videos with professional-grade storytelling, pacing, captions, B-roll, and motion graphics to maximise engagement across desktop and mobile.
• Collaborate with Brand Partnerships, Social, and Growth teams to execute sponsored content, ensure compliant disclosures, and deliver on campaign KPIs and deliverables.
• Monitor performance using YouTube Analytics and Google Analytics, produce actionable performance reports, and implement data-driven optimisations.
• Build and nurture an active community through comments, community posts, live streams, and audience moderation to strengthen viewer loyalty and repeat viewership.
